Tell us a little about his name, what it means and how you picked it.
His full name is Teddy Daredevil. I wanted to name him Teddy, but my boyfriend wanted to name him Godzilla. We found some middle ground and agreed on Teddy Daredevil. 99% of the time, he is a cute teddybear, but he can be a little schlingel 1% of the time.
How did you come to meet Teddy?
I saw a a facebook post about the last puppy in the litter needed a home. I immediately answered and we went to see him the same evening. Three days later he moved in with us.
Is Teddy any specific breed? Can you tell us anything you have learnt about what makes this breed unique or special?
Teddy is a Malitpom, a mix between Pomeranian and Malteser. Both breeds are known to be playful and affectionate, witch is a perfect description of Teddy. He can be stubborn and give a little attitude, like a pom, if he dosen't have it his way. But mostly he is a sweetheart.
Tell us about the thing you love the most about your best friend.
That he is so happy and loves everyone. He loves attention and makes new friends everywhere he goes.
Is there something funny or quirky he does that makes you smile?
If we stay up longer than usual in the evening he stands at the bedroom door and looks at us like "come on, its bedtime".
What can you tell someone who is thinking about finding or adopting their best friend?
Learn about the breeds different needs and make sure that you can give them that.
What is one tip you would give to someone who has just adopted their best four-legged friend?
Treat them as part of the family.

Is there anything else you would like people to know about your story with Teddy?
Before we got Teddy, I was more of a cat person. I liked dogs but didn't want one myself as they are a big responsibility. But that changed when we got Teddy, he is so easygoing and gives so much love so now I cant imagine my life without him.
